Anadolu Efes continues its summer overhaul, and now the team had to react due to a serious injury suffered by Vincent Poirier.
The French center sustained a severe knee injury that will keep him off the court at least until the end of the year, forcing Anadolu Efes to enter the market and find a suitable replacement.

Claim Now The Istanbul-based club has succeeded, and according to BasketNews, the new player for Igor Kokoskov’s team will soon be NBA center Kai Jones.
Kai Jones was drafted 19th overall in 2021 and has played in his career for the Charlotte Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, and Dallas Mavericks, including their G-League affiliates.
It is reported that his contract includes an exit clause for January, which coincides with the expected return of Poirier.
Last season, playing for the Dallas Mavericks, Jones averaged five points and 3.1 rebounds across 40 games.
