AP Poll brought quite a few big changes at the top of the new college basketball rankings. Iowa State Cyclones were the ones that disappointed this week with two straight losses after going unbeaten for a huge stretch of the season.
There are only three unbeaten teams remaining – Miami Ohio, Arizona and Nebraska, and they are all featured in the Top 25.
- No. 2 Iowa State beaten for the second straight time
- Filip Jovic plays game of his life as Auburn beats South Carolina
Here is the complete breakdown of the college basketball rankings in the AP Poll after Week 11.

1. Arizona
The Arizona Wildcats are definitely the best college basketball team in the country this season and the only question is – can they make this a perfect season and go on to win the NCAA tournament without a single loss?
It’s already mid-January and there doesn’t seem to be a single loss in sight for the Wildcats. Their biggest test will come at the end of the month, when they’ll be visiting Brigham Young. There’s also a trip to Kansas in the prospects.

2. UConn (+1)
The Huskies are back to second place after the abovementioned horrendous week by the Iowa State Cyclones. UConn isn’t backing down one bit with the only loss in the season coming to the No. 1 team in the rankings – Arizona.
They are now at 18-1 and this is Huskies’ seventh season that they are starting with 18-1 or better since 1980. The last time they did this, they also reached the Final Four.

3. Michigan (+1)
Michigan climbs one spot again, although many can’t belive that they recently lost a game to the Wisconsin Badgers, after trashing every single rival before hand.
It’s going to be tough for the Wolverines this week as well, as they are facing Indiana next, which can prove as another good challenge for Michigan.

4. Purdue (+1)
Purdue is doing it’s thing this season. Only one loss so far isn’t something concerning, although it was a really tough one against Iowa State Cyclones.
But, the Boilermakers are making steam again and they will try to continue doing so against UCLA.

5. Duke (+1)
With Cameron Boozer in incredible form once again, Duke Blue Devils are back in the Top 5, where they probably belong from the start of the season.
They are going to have some days off this week, as their next game is on Saturday, when they will be facing Wake Forest at home. That should be another easy one for the Blue Devils.
