Bosna continues to build a competitive roster for its upcoming EuroCup campaign.
The latest addition to the Sarajevo-based team is American power forward Reggie Perry, who brings valuable experience from the highest levels of global basketball to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
NBA expirience
Perry was selected 57th overall in 2020 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers. During his time in the United States, Perry split time between the NBA G League and the NBA, suiting up for the Brooklyn Nets, Portland Trail Blazers, and Indiana Pacers.
Over his NBA career, Perry appeared in 36 games, averaging 4.7 points and 3.3 rebounds per contest. His most productive stretch in the league came during the 2021-22 season, where he made 10 appearances for Portland and Indiana, recording strong averages of 9.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
Dominance in China
Following his time in North America, the power forward chose an adventurous career path, gaining international experience across distinct leagues in Puerto Rico, South Korea, and China.
Perry arrives in Sarajevo on the heels of a standout season in the Chinese Basketball Association with the Beijing Royal Fighters. Playing just over 24 minutes per game across 41 appearances, he averaged 14.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game.
Roster adjustments ahead of EuroCup challenge
The addition of Perry comes as KK Bosna shapes its squad for the upcoming EuroCup season. Head coach Dario Gjergja takes charge of a refreshed group as the Sarajevo team prepares to test itself in European competition.
Perry joins several other recent arrivals to the roster, including Darko Talic, DeAndre Gholston, P.J. Pipes, Marcus Domask, Adin Vrabac, Ryan Hawkins, James Banks, and Nikola Popovic.
