Anadolu Efes continues its offseason rebuild with the addition of rising French talent Brice Dessert, who has signed a four-year contract with the Turkish powerhouse.
Brice Dessert arrives from Strasbourg, where he impressed during his lone season in the LNB Pro A league. In just under 18 minutes per game, Dessert averaged 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds.
This move marks a major step in Dessert’s career, as he ventures outside of France for the first time and enters the EuroLeague stage directly with Anadolu Efes.
Until now, his professional journey had included stops with SIG Strasbourg, ADA Blois, and Roanne (RMB), all within his native country.
Internationally, Dessert has steadily climbed the ranks of the French national team program. He earned a call-up to the senior squad during the EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers and previously helped France capture silver medals at both the 2019 FIBA U16 European Championship and the 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup. He also featured at the FIBA U20 European Championship in 2022.
With a blend of proven veterans like Shane Larkin and Rodrigue Beaubois, and young prospects such as Dessert, Efes is clearly building for both the present and the future.
