Chima Moneke has officially ended his stint with Baskonia today, after spending the past two seasons with the Spanish club.
The power forward was officially unveiled today as the newest addition to Crvena Zvezda, signing a two-year contract with the Belgrade club.
Claim Now Regarding his departure from the Basque club, Chima Moneke shared a farewell message on Instagram:
“Thank you to Baskonia for believing in me and giving me a chance to wear the uniform.
Thank you to all my teammates that I played and shared a locker room with. To everybody in the front office, my coaches, staff, and anyone else that had anything to do with the team, I’m grateful.
I wish we had more success during my 2 years there but I gave it my all and did my best. Through the ups and downs I’m grateful for all the fans that stuck by my side.
I’ll always be thankful for time in Vitoria and I’ll be rooting for your success going forward.”
