Panathinaikos head coach Ergin Ataman has previewed the upcoming EuroLeague 14th Round game against Valencia.
Ergin Ataman’s team will host the Spanish side Valencia on Friday at the OAKA arena. Speaking about their performance so far and Valencia’s style of play, coach Ataman had the following to say:
“The results so far have shown that Valencia is a very dangerous team. They play an aggressive defense, they steal balls. We have to be smart in attack. We haven’t played for ten days, which is a lot. It’s dangerous to play like this after the break. We play every 2-3 days and we find a good rhythm. I hope that during the match we will play better and better. Tomorrow’s game is very important. I hope we get another win.”
“Omer Yurtseven is back and healthy. Cedi Osman, Richaun Holmes, and Alexandros Samodurov will not play. Jerian Grant had stomach problems, but he has trained the last two days and will be 100% tomorrow.”
The Round 14 game between Panathinaikos and Valencia will tip off on Friday at 20:15.
