Unlike some other European competitions, the EuroLeague is a league where experience plays a major role. The same players have dominated for years, while young talents often have to patiently wait for their opportunity or choose to pursue college basketball.
However, every season brings few players, 24 or younger, who show that they are not here just to practice, but can contribute to their teams and sometimes even establish themselves as leaders.
1. Nadir Hifi – Guard – Paris – 14.8 credits
Nadir Hifi is someone who has chosen to build his career through European basketball, and he is now entering his fourth season with Paris.
He has improved consistently over the years and has developed into a true leader for his team. Last season, he was even the EuroLeague’s leading scorer, finishing with 699 points and setting the record for the most points scored by a player in a single regular season.
A price of 14.8 credits is certainly high, but there is no doubt that he will have plenty of games throughout the season with a PIR of over 20. On nights when his perimeter jumper lands, his upside easily pushes past 25-30, making him a prime candidate for captaincy in favorable matchups.
Beyond his elite scoring, Hifi frequently functions as Paris’s primary initiator. His usage rate remains exceptionally high, meaning even on sub-par shooting nights, his volume of assists, free-throw attempts, and drawn fouls helps salvage his PIR. It is also worth noting that he is consistently among the players who draw the most fouls in the EuroLeague.
2. Jean Montero – Guard – Olympiacos – 12.8 credits
Jean Montero completely captivated the European basketball public last season. He had a fantastic regular season with Valencia, averaging 16.4 PIR per game. He deservedly won the EuroLeague Rising Star award as well as a place on the All-EuroLeague First Team.
But that was not all. He completely exploded in the playoffs and led his team to the Final Four. He was also named Playoffs MVP, averaging an incredible 26.8 PIR.
This season, he joined last year’s champions Olympiacos, and he will certainly need some time to adapt. The Greek team has a couple of experienced veterans at his position, but Montero is expected to gradually establish himself as one of the team’s key players.
Montero’s primary fantasy appeal lies in his dual-threat dynamism – he generates high PIR not just through scoring, but with elite assist numbers and secondary rebounding for a guard.
At 12.8 credits, his initial price reflects the role transition, offering an outstanding value-to-upside ratio once Georgios Bartzokas expands his rotation minutes.

3. Bobi Klintman – Forward – Virtus 9.9 credits
Bobi Klintman is a very interesting player who joined Virtus over the summer following a stint in the NBA with the Detroit Pistons. He was selected 37th overall by Minnesota in the 2024 NBA Draft before being traded to Detroit.
He is characterized by his impressive wingspan, solid shooting ability, and excellent rebounding instincts. Virtus are unlikely to have major ambitions in terms of results this season, and that could give Klintman an opportunity to focus on his own development.
During the summer, he also performed well for the Swedish national team, putting together several top-notch performances. It could easily turn out that he becomes one of Virtus’ key players this season.
From a Fantasy standpoint, Klintman’s sub-10 credit valuation makes him a prime target for early-season budget optimization.
His positional versatility as a stretch four allows him to collect points across multiple statistical categories – particularly defensive rebounds, blocks, and perimeter shots. With Virtus transitioning its roster and granting him immediate rotation minutes, his floor is safe for a budget option, while his athleticism gives him a high ceiling for unexpected PIR spikes against slower frontcourts.

4. Mario Saint-Supery – Guard – Valencia – 4.7 credits
The 20-year-old Mario Saint Supery joined Valencia over the summer after coming from Gonzaga. Valencia will likely view him as a natural replacement in the guard rotation for Sergio De Larrea, who departed for the NBA.
It is unlikely that he will have a major role for Valencia this season, but at a price of just 4.7 credits, he is a perfectly reasonable option to have on your team.
There is no doubt that he will have a few games throughout the season in which he shows that he has a bright future ahead of him.
From a Fantasy perspective, Saint-Supery serves as an ideal bench fill or budget enabler. His high basketball IQ, vision, and pick-and-roll creation give him solid per-minute efficiency, meaning even in brief 10-12 minute bursts, he can accumulate points through assists, steals, and low turnover rates.
Holding him at bottom-barrel pricing unlocks crucial credits for elite fantasy anchors without completely sacrificing guard depth.

5. Stefan Joksimovic – Guard – Baskonia – 4.0 credits
Stefan Joksimovic is only 17 years old and is considered one of the biggest European talents. He is even projected to be selected very highly in the 2027 NBA Draft.
During the summer, he won the MVP award at the U18 EuroBasket, where he led Slovenia to the title. He averaged an impressive 23.1 points per game.
He also received some minutes in the Liga Endesa and EuroLeague last season. With the lowest price in the game at just 4.0 credits, even a poor performance cannot really hurt in terms of points. He is definitely a player worth having on your team.
From a structural perspective, Joksimovic represents the ultimate zero-risk enabler for fantasy rosters. At absolute rock-bottom pricing, holding him on your bench unlocks maximum budget allocation for elite line-up captains like Sasha Vezenkov or Nadir Hifi. Given Baskonia’s penchant for fast-paced play and willingness to blood young talent in low-leverage minutes, even brief court appearances give him a chance to deliver positive PIR efficiency, making him an ideal roster filler.
