Alba Berlin lost at home to French side Chalon in Round 1 of FIBA Champions League Group B.
Alba Berlin started the game very well and it seemed like they were in control. However, by the end of the first quarter, Chalon came back to tie the game, finishing the period 22:20.
Most of the second quarter saw a scoring seesaw, with Alba Berlin pulling slightly ahead just before halftime. Chalon tightened up and managed to get back into the game again.

Jeremiah Hill led the visitors with 15 points, while Nate Darling added 14. For the home team, Boogie Ellis had the best performance with 27 points, followed by Justin Bean with 14 points.
