Olympiacos will be weakened in the opening game of the Greek League final against Panathinaikos, head coach Georgios Bartzokas has confirmed.
Olympiacos, who recently won the EuroLeague on the floor of their biggest rival, reached the final by defeating Kolossos Rhodes and AEK, after completing the regular season unbeaten.

The toughest challenge in their title defense in Greece comes in the final against Panathinaikos, but they will be short-handed in Game 1. Shooting guard Tyler Dorsey will not be available for the matchup.
“Tyler will not play tomorrow. He has tendinitis. It is a consequence of heavy fatigue after playing continuously since last summer with the national team. He did not practice yesterday and will not practice today, so he will not be in the lineup.” said Bartzokas.
Dorsey had an excellent EuroLeague season for Olympiacos, averaging 15.9 points and 2.6 assists over 43 games, helping the team win the title.
