Asvel convincingly defeated Gravelines on the road in Round 7 of the LNB Pro A league – 83:62.
Asvel justified the role of favorite, but with more difficulty than expected. Gravelines was a worthy and equal opponent for a full 30 minutes of the game.
Claim Now It was only in the final quarter that Asvel managed to break the resistance of the home team and eventually secure a convincing victory. Up until that point, Asvel struggled offensively, especially with outside shooting.
Mbaye Ndiaye led Asvel with 14 points, while Bastien Vautier added 13. On the other side, Edon Maxhuni was the only player in double figures with 16 points.
