When it comes to Ilirija, the main focus is certainly on the experienced center and former NBA player Boban Marjanovic. Although he is no longer in his best playing years, the quality is still obvious and at this level of competition he often reaches a double-digit number of points, with a realistic chance to record a double-double performance as well.
He showed that in the last game against Krka when he scored 21 points and added eight rebounds. Among the domestic players, he receives strong support from the perimeter through Luka Kures, while an important role under the basket is played by power forward Tim Tomazic who has been delivering very stable performances this season. Inside the paint, Robert Jurkovic also gives an important contribution, and when everything is combined with the experience brought by Edo Muric, it is clear that Ilirija builds a large part of its game through the inside line.
