Virtus will face Milano in a highly anticipated Serie A matchup, but the team will have to do so without Luca Vildoza.
Luca Vildoza has officially been ruled out for the game against Milano, which tips off tonight at 8:00 PM. The Argentine guard is dealing with a muscle strain, although medical tests confirmed that there is no serious injury. As a result, the player will be evaluated on a daily basis.

He also emphasized the mindset the team must bring to the floor.
“We will step onto the court with an open mind, with determination and the desire to win every duel, every rebounding battle and to run in transition while looking for the best offensive solutions.”
The matchup between Virtus Bologna and Milano is expected to be one of the most important games of the Serie A round, as both teams continue their fight near the top of the standings.
Virtus currently sits at the top of the Serie A standings with a 17-3 record. Brescia follows with a 15-4 record and one game in hand, while Milano is in third place with a 15-5 record.
