Monaco defeated Dijon on the road 99-86, while Asvel got a win away from their home court also, beating Strasbourg 96-81 in Round 10.
Monaco entered this game against Dijon without Mike James, who is in the middle of serving a three-game suspension due to his altercation with a referee against Le Mans. Vassillis Spanoulis’ side had control of the game from the beginning until the end and had a very balanced scoring distribution, with six players being in double figures. Elie Okobo, Nikola Mirotic and Alpha Diallo had 14 points each for Monaco. Gregor Hrovat had 22 points for Dijon and Quentin Losser added 19, but it was not enough. Monaco keeps their first place with an 8-2 record, and will prepare for their upcoming EuroLeague game against Fenerbahce on December 12th, while Dijon falls to 3-7.

Asvel defeated Strasbourg 96-81 on the road in a clash at the top of the table, with a very good shooting performance from the perimeter, making 13 out of 31 threes. Nando de Colo continued his good form, with 20 points and five assists, while Mike Davis scored 16 for Strasbourg. Asvel was able to keep up with Monaco in the LNB Pro A standings and improve their record to 8-2, with their next big game being against Maccabi Tel Aviv in their first game back in Israel, on December 11th, while Strasbourg falls to 7-3, and will wait for another big game in the league against Monaco on December 14th.
Cholet defeated Limoges 91-88 to improve their record to 5-5, led by Gerald Ayayi and his 23 points, while Chalon rode the hot hand of Jeremiah Hill, who had 35 points, to defeat Le Mans 93-87 to get their sixth win of the season.
