Paris delivered a dominant performance at home, defeating Strasbourg 106:74 in the ninth round of the LNB Pro A.
Daulton Hommes had already been ruled out for Paris, but the team also played without their star player, T.J. Shorts, for this match. Despite their absences, Paris managed to secure a convincing victory.
However, nothing seemed to disrupt Tiago Splitter’s team, which went on a 14:0 run in the first quarter to establish a double-digit lead that they never relinquished. The second quarter was also dominant, with Paris winning it convincingly and leading 53:32 at halftime. The rest of the game was simply a matter of finishing the job, which the in-form Nadir Hifi had no trouble doing.
In the winning team, Nadir Hifi stood out with 29 points, while Dominic Artis led Strasbourg with 19 points.
After this victory, Paris holds a record of seven wins and two losses. Next, they will turn their focus to EuroLeague duties, where they will face Anadolu Efes in an away game on Thursday.
Monaco on the other hand was left red faced in front of their fans. They lost 86:74. TaShawn Thomas with 21 points had a really good performance and led the team to a win. Donatas Motiejunas had 17 for the away side.
Asvel also had a really good win over Gravelines 81:60. Theo Maledon continued where he left of with 20 points.
