EuroLeague Power Rankings reshuffled after opening week action.
EuroLeague Scouting Reports
A signing announcement tells you a name and a contract length. It does not tell you whether the player fits. Each report here takes one player and answers that. What he does well, where he struggles, and what the club signing him is actually getting.
We publish a report once the move is official, and we build it from the player’s own record rather than his reputation. The full index of every report we have published sits at the bottom of this page, grouped by club.
What is inside a scouting report
Each one runs roughly a thousand to fourteen hundred words and ends with a final verdict. The headings in between differ from player to player, because the questions differ. A shooter arriving from the NBA raises different doubts than a young forward stepping up from a domestic league.
What stays constant is the order of the argument. First what he does well and the evidence for it. Then the part of his game that has not been tested against EuroLeague defenses. Then the fit: the role waiting for him, the coach asking for it, and the player whose minutes he takes.
Who these are written for
Two kinds of reader, and we write for both. Supporters of the club who want to know what their team actually bought, and fantasy managers deciding whether a new name is worth credits before the opening rounds. The fit section serves both, because rotation decides playing time and playing time decides everything else.
Where this sits next to our other EuroLeague pages
The EuroLeague transactions page records the moves themselves, with dates and contract lengths. This page judges them. The injury report tracks who is unavailable once the season starts, and the EuroLeague picks page turns all of it into a prediction for each game. If you arrived here from a transfer story, this is the next step in the same chain. If you play EuroLeague Fantasy, read the fit section and then check the price.

Every scouting report, by club
Frequently Asked Questions About EuroLeague Scouting Reports
Which players have a scouting report on this page?
Every player listed here joined a EuroLeague club and had the move confirmed by that club. The index at the bottom of the page groups all of them by club, while the grid above lists them in the order they were published, newest first.
How do I find the report on one particular player?
Search his name together with the words scouting report, which is how most readers reach these pages, or open his club in the index at the bottom. Every report carries the player's name at the front of its title.
Do the reports give height, wingspan, and age?
No. These reports are built around role and production rather than physical measurements, so a league profile page will serve you better if that is what you came for. What you will find here is what a player does well on the floor, what he does not do, and how both land in the rotation he has joined.
Do the reports give contract length and salary?
Contract length appears whenever the club announced it. Salary figures do not. European clubs rarely confirm them, and a figure we cannot source is a figure we will not print.
Which numbers do you use, and where do they come from?
Per-game production from the leagues the player came from, read against the level at which he produced it. The same scoring average means one thing in a domestic league and another in the NBA or the EuroLeague, and the reports say so wherever the distinction matters.
How soon after a signing does a report appear?
Once the club has announced the move. A report built on a transfer that never happens is worth nothing to you, so we wait for the confirmation rather than the speculation.
Do you write about transfer rumors?
Not here. This page begins where the rumor ends, at the point a club confirms a signing. The EuroLeague transactions page keeps the running record of confirmed moves, with dates and contract lengths.
Do you cover players who are not in the EuroLeague yet?
Yes, although not on this page. Prospects still in college, in a junior program, or heading toward the NBA draft are covered under Rising Stars. This page is limited to players who have signed with a EuroLeague club.
Which clubs are covered so far?
The index above lists every club that currently has at least one report. That is eighteen of the twenty EuroLeague clubs. The remaining ones will appear as they sign players who warrant a full read.
Can I use these reports for EuroLeague Fantasy?
They are not written as fantasy advice and they carry no prices or credit values. The section on fit is the part fantasy managers use, because it says whose minutes a new arrival takes, and minutes decide nearly everything else in fantasy scoring.
