Nikola Milutinov, the center of Olympiacos, took to his social media accounts to comment on his team’s EuroLeague title triumph after defeating Real Madrid in the final.
Serbian international had waited a long time for his first EuroLeague championship, and he finally achieved it. His long-held dream became a reality, and he shared the following message:
“EuroLeague. A victory for the voice inside me that refused to give up when it hurt. A crowning achievement for my team, my Piraeus, Olympiacos, a club that never stops fighting. That’s why I came back, that’s what I dreamed of, and now the dream has come true,” said the Olympiacos center.

This season, Nikola Milutinov averaged 10.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague. He was one of the key figures behind Olympiacos’ success as the club captured its first European title in 13 years. With his performances, the Serbian center established himself as one of the best big men in the EuroLeague this season.
Olympiacos will now turn its attention to the Greek Basket League, where it will face its biggest rival, Panathinaikos, in the championship finals.
