Paul Pierce was a guest on a podcast where he talked about Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
Legendary Boston Celtics player Paul Pierce appeared on the “No Fouls Given Show” podcast, where he discussed various topics, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
“You just can’t stop him. He’s starting to remind me of Jordan. You can see it, man. He’s a well-oiled machine. We’ve had Kobe, LeBron, KD, and they’d have big nights, but this guy is constantly putting up 30 points. Come on, man. You don’t see that kind of focus and hunger very often.” – said Pierce.
This season, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been unstoppable. In 21 games, he’s averaging 32.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 6.6 assists, and 1.5 steals per game, shooting 54.5% from the field and 41.1% from three-point range. Thanks to him, the Oklahoma City Thunder are comfortably first in the Western Conference with 20 wins and just one loss.
