Milano has signed rising British guard Quinn Ellis to a multi-year contract, continuing the club’s push to build a younger, dynamic roster.
Quinn Ellis arrives from Trento after a breakout season that saw him named the Italian League’s Best Young Player.
,,I’m super excited to join such a historic organization with a winning culture. I’m ready to grow, compete at the highest level, and play in front of the amazing Milano fans” – Ellis said.
Ellis, a 1.83m playmaker, born in Sheffield, began his career in the UK before moving to Italy as a teenager. He impressed in the lower divisions with Capo d’Orlando, later making his Serie A and EuroCup debut with Trento.
During the 2024/2025 season, he averaged 10.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 5.2 assists, and played a key role in Trento’s Italian Cup title run, earning MVP honors in the Final Eight.
On the international stage, Ellis has already suited up for Great Britain’s senior team in World Cup and EuroBasket qualifiers, showcasing his all-around game and maturity beyond his years.
Milano adds a versatile and high-IQ guard with significant upside as they continue to strengthen their backcourt for the seasons ahead.
