Real Madrid decided today to make major changes, and after changing the sporting director, as many as three players have left the club.
The players who left Real Madrid are Serge Ibaka, as well as Eli Ndiaye and Hugo Gonzalez.
It is still unknown where Ibaka will continue his career, while it is known that the duo Ndiaye and Gonzalez will go to the NBA. Ndiaye signed a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks, while Gonzalez will join the Boston Celtics, who selected him as the 28th pick in the NBA Draft.
The young Gonzalez, for whom Real Madrid was the first team in his professional career, played 30 EuroLeague games last year, where he had a limited role and averaged 1.9 points and 1.3 rebounds. In the Liga Endesa, he had a significantly bigger role, averaging 5.2 points and 2.5 rebounds over 29 games.
Ndiaye has so far played only for Real Madrid in his career, and this season he averaged 3.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in the EuroLeague.

In his career before Real Madrid, he played for Bayern, the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, Toronto Raptors, and Oklahoma City Thunder.
