Shaquielle McKissic has today officially said goodbye to Olympiacos after seven seasons spent with the club from Piraeus.
McKissic arrived at Olympiacos in February 2020 and ultimately spent more than six full years there.
Shaquielle McKissic managed this season to achieve with Olympiacos what he had been chasing all these years, which is winning the EuroLeague title. In addition to that EuroLeague trophy, he also won four national championship titles with the Greek club (2022, 2023, 2025, 2026), three Greek Cups (2022–2024), and four Greek Super Cups (2022–2025).
This season, McKissic did not have such a major role in Olympiacos, as he played 22 EuroLeague games and averaged 3.8 points, 1.5 assists, and 1.1 rebounds.
On his Instagram profile, McKissic said goodbye to the red-and-white jersey and sent the following message:
“SEVEN SEASONS. ONE JERSEY. ONE HOME.
Piraeus gave me more than a team. It gave me a family.
Thank you for embracing me from day one and making Greece home for me and my family. The memories, the championships, the Final Fours, and every moment in red and white will stay with me forever.
For seven seasons I wore #77 with pride and gave everything I had for the club, the city, and the fans. Regardless of the future, Olympiacos will always be a part of me.”
