Four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal will visit Lithuania at the end of September.
Beyond his business commitments and new role as the global brand ambassador for NordVPN, the iconic “Shaq” will take the opportunity to visit Kaunas and watch Zalgiris’ opening match of the new EuroLeague season courtside at Zalgirio Arena.
The American basketball icon will attend an exclusive press conference in Vilnius after officially launching his partnership with the Lithuanian cybersecurity giant, which operates under the Nord Security group.

The primary goal of O’Neal’s visit to Lithuania is to raise awareness about online safety and educate users on data protection in the digital space. Speaking about the new partnership, the 54-year-old O’Neal highlighted why he decided to back the project:

In addition to his commitments in the capital, the main highlight for basketball fans will be O’Neal’s presence in Zalgirio arena On September 29, he will watch the first-round EuroLeague clash from courtside as Zalgiris hosts Olympiacos.
Zalgiris President Paulius Jankunas emphasized that the arrival of such a superstar represents a massive event for the club and Lithuanian basketball as a whole:
