Partizan is already at an advanced stage of building quality roster for next season, and Basketball Sphere brings details on the Belgrade club’s potential acquisitions.
As Basketball Sphere has learned, Partizan is highly interested in signing Oshae Brissett from Maccabi Tel Aviv and Eugene Omoruyi from Baskonia.
The Maccabi Tel Aviv power forward has a contract with the Israeli powerhouse until the summer of 2027, but that would not necessarily prevent him from joining the Serbian side if negotiations progress. However, Partizan would have to pay a buyout to Maccabi Tel Aviv in such a scenario.
As for Omoruyi, Partizan sees him as a potential replacement for Isaac Bonga, given the possibility that the German international could move to the NBA. Such a departure would likely leave Joan Penarroya‘s team without its most versatile player.
Despite it still being only the beginning of June, Partizan is already working intensively on assembling a roster tailored to the Spanish coach’s preferences. Penarroya is expected to have a significant say regarding potential signings. One major piece of business has already been completed, as Kevarrius Hayes is set to patrol the paint for the Belgrade club in the coming period.
