According to Basketball Sphere sources, Serbian national team player Stefan Momirov has found a new club.
The former Spartak forward, who featured in every FIBA World Cup qualification game for Serbia, will team up with head coach Milenko Bogicevic in Germany.
Momirov spent the last two seasons in Spartak, where he won the domestic championship and competed in the FIBA Champions League. Prior to that, Momirov played two seasons for Breogan, alongside one-year stints with Kolossos in Greece and Mega.
Momirov attracted significant interest throughout the summer, including attention from Partizan at one point, but has opted to start the season in Oldenburg. He has signed an open contract with the German side.
Bogicevic and Momirov are already well-acquainted. Bogicevic serves as an assistant coach to Dusan Alimpijevic on the Serbian national team, and the Momirov has played in every national team window since Alimpijevic took the helm.
Not one sportsbook I checked prices a Bundesliga game beyond the full game result. I show what each of the five does cover on my page for betting sites in Germany.
