After Partizan’s loss to Fenerbahce in the EuroLeague, Tarik Biberovic reflected on the atmosphere in Belgrade and Partizan’s performance.
Tarik Biberovic was one of the most effective players in his team’s victory, scoring 14 points against Partizan. In an interwiev after game, Biberovic also shared his thoughts on the start of the game, when the Turkish team opened with a 14–0 run:
“It’s always difficult to play in an atmosphere like this. Thanks to our coaches, we managed to prepare our teammates, and that’s why we started the game with that run. When you open like that, it’s easier to play. I’m very happy we won tonight.”

The Fenerbahce player also spoke about Partizan’s current struggles, expressing his belief that the situation will turn around for them:
“It’s very hard in the EuroLeague to start the season how you want. When you change a team, players come from the NBA, nobody is used to the system … Details matter, one ball can change the game. I think Partizan will deal with this. Zeljko Obradovic is the most experienced coach in Europe, everyone started with him. Our Sarunas Jasikevicius did too. It’s all the same philosophy. I believe that in January or even December, they’ll start a good run.”
Tarik also expressed his admiration and excitement for playing in front of Partizan’s fans:
“I really love playing in atmospheres like this, it doesn’t matter whether it’s Partizan or Crvena zvezda. You don’t find atmospheres like this anywhere else — you dream about this as a kid, playing in front of 20,000 people.”
