Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum appears to be making strong progress in his recovery from a serious Achilles tendon injury.
To the delight of all Boston Celtics fans, Jayson Tatum’s recovery seems to be moving in a very positive direction. Judging by the videos and photos that have surfaced recently, Tatum has already begun certain workouts at a solid level of intensity.
A new video posted on the profile of Boston Globe journalist Adam Himmelsbach sparked great excitement among Celtics fans:

The training video was recorded in Detroit, where the Celtics are on the road and will face the Pistons later tonight. Boston have been performing excellently this season even without Jayson Tatum, exceeding all expectations. They are currently second in the Eastern Conference with a 26–15 record, with several new players stepping up and shining.
Jaylen Brown is having the season of his life, currently averaging 29.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 49.1% from the free-throw line, along with stellar defense. Anfernee Simons is one of the best scorers off the bench in the entire league, averaging 14 points per game. There are also “young” prospects like Luka Garza, who is playing with remarkable efficiency (48.9% from three), rookie Hugo Gonzalez, who fulfills a defensive role, and Neemias Queta, who has fully established himself as a legitimate NBA center.
There is still no official information from the club about Jayson Tatum, but the signs are encouraging. It appears that the Boston star could return at some point during the regular season—and potentially in the Playoffs as well. And then, no one can stop Boston fans from dreaming big, even though the season initially looked very bleak.
