The third quarter was incredibly similar to the second, with the teams tied and Real Madrid holding on to their earlier advantage. Only in the final moments of the period did Real Madrid manage to take it a step further, pushing their lead to +16 as they entered the final quarter, effectively sealing the game.
Throughout the last quarter, Barcelona did everything in its power to close the gap. However, Real Madrid smartly protected their lead and ultimately secured a well-deserved victory – 101:92.
Real Madrid was led to victory by Trey Lyles with 29 points, while Facundo Campazzo added 15. On the other side, the top performer for Barcelona was Kevin Punter with 18 points, while Will Clyburn contributed 17.
In the next round, Barcelona will visit Bayern, while Real Madrid will also be on the road, facing Valencia.
