Barcelona coach Xavi Pascual spoke about the upcoming EuroLeague game against Crvena Zvezda.
Barcelona will face Crvena Zvezda in the 14th round of the EuroLeague, with Xavi Pascual aiming to secure his first road win since returning to the Catalan bench.
“Crvena Zvezda is probably the team in the best form in the competition, especially at home, where they play with superior intensity due to the way they use their bodies and how they move in all situations. An important part of the game will be controlling turnovers and managing defensive rebounds, which is also something my team needs to improve significantly.” – Pascual began and continued:
“We are among the weakest teams in the league in defensive rebounds. We need to rebound better, secure the boards more effectively, and run the fast breaks more efficiently. These are the three fundamental areas we must work on gradually, as they cannot be changed overnight.”
Crvena Zvezda has a 9–4 record, while Barcelona trails by just one win. The game between the two clubs is set for Friday at 8 p.m.
