After an impressive previous campaign, Zalgiris reacted aggressively on the transfer market, adding proven EuroLeague talent, NBA experience and several players capable of raising the team’s ceiling.

Jonas Valanciunas could complete historic transfer window
Despite already making several impressive additions, the biggest move could still be ahead.
Jonas Valanciunas is currently waiting for his NBA situation to be resolved. The Lithuanian center remains on the waiver list for 48 hours, and if no NBA team claims him during that period, he is expected to become available to complete his move to Zalgiris.
A potential Valanciunas signing would represent one of the biggest EuroLeague transactions in recent history and give Zalgiris a true superstar presence in the frontcourt.
With Edwards, Brown, Lee, Grigonis and potentially Valanciunas, Zalgiris would enter the new EuroLeague season with one of the most complete rosters in the competition.
