Slovenian basketball player Luka Doncic marked the previous night in the NBA with a Christmas program.
Doncic scored 50 points, grabbed six rebounds, and dished out 15 assists in the Dallas Mavericks’ victory over the Phoenix Suns with a score of 124-118.
He contributed to the comeback of his team in the fourth quarter, which the Texas team won in their favor with a 37-22 score, breaking the resistance of the opponents with good defense.
In addition to Luka Doncic, notable performances in the victory came from Derrick Jones Jr with 23 points and Dereck Lively with 20 points. Former Partizan player Dante Exum stopped at seven points, four rebounds, and five assists in 33 minutes of play.
Among the defeated, the best was Grayson Allen with 32 points, while Kevin Durant scored below average with 16 points (4/11) and Devin Booker with 20 points (6/14).

The Boston Celtics defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 126-115, with an excellent performance from Kristaps Porzingis, who scored 28 points.
Right from the start, the Boston Celtics took a double-digit lead. The opponent managed to come back, but couldn’t turn the game around and take control.
One of the reasons lies in a slightly weaker performance by LeBron James, as he wasn’t at his best in scoring – 16 points (5/14), nine rebounds, and eight assists. Even Anthony Davis’s excellent performance with 40 points didn’t change the outcome.
The Miami Heat beat the Philadelphia 76ers 119-113, but it was a tougher battle than expected.
The visitors played without Joel Embiid but still put up a great fight throughout three quarters. In the end, the quality of the Florida team, playing without Jimmy Butler, prevailed.
The top scorers for the winners were Jaime Jaquez with 31 points, while Bam Adebayo added 26 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists. Tobias Harris was the standout for the visitors with 27 points.
