The matchups for the regional ABA Super Cup, to be held in Podgorica, have been revealed. Crvena Zvezda will not be participating in the Super Cup.
In previous seasons, the ABA Super Cup featured the top eight teams from the previous season. However, this time, Crvena Zvezda, the second-placed team, will not be present, and Igokea will take their place.
The quarter-final pairings determined by the draw are as follows:

The 2023 edition will take place in Morača Sports Hall in Podgorica between 18 and 20 September!

The tournament will take place from September 18th to 20th, and all teams will play three games each.
During the ABA Super Cup in Podgorica, each team will play three games in just as many days, as all the teams will be fighting for the final standings (from 1st to 8th place).
The first ABA Super Sup took place in Bar at the start of the 2017/18 season, when Cedevita won the trophy, beating Buducnost VOLI in the Final 78:69. FMP Soccerbet, Igokea m:tel, Mega MIS, Cibona, Mornar-Barsko zlato and Partizan Mozzart Bet have also participated at the tournament.
The next season in Laktasi, Crvena zvezda Meridianbet beat Buducnost VOLI in the Final, with the score of 89:75. Mornar-Barsko zlato, Partizan Mozzart Bet, Igokea m:tel, Cedevita, Zadar and Petrol Olimpija were also among the participating teams.
The third ABA Super Cup take place in Zagreb, at the beginning of the 2019/20 season, when Partizan Mozzart Bet triumphed in the final against Cedevita Olimpija (99:77). Mega MIS, Crvena zvezda Meridianbet, Koper Primorska, FMP Soccerbet, Budućnost VOLI and Cibona have also taken part in the tournament.
The following ABA Super Cup in Podgorica will be the first one after a break, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and will represent the best possible introduction for the 23rd season of the regional league, that is scheduled to start on the last weekend of September.
