Anadolu Efes is the first finalist of the Turkish Cup. In the semifinal game, they defeated Karsiyaka by 81:77.
The team from Istanbul will have the opportunity to compete for their first trophy of the season, having defeated Karsiyaka after a better performance in the final quarter. The first three quarters were characterized by balanced play, and the score before the final 10 minutes was 57:56 in favor of Tomislav Mijatovic’s team.
At the beginning of the final quarter, Anadolu Efes made a 10:2 run, taking a 67:58 lead. They managed to maintain this lead until the end, primarily thanks to Will Clyburn, who proved to be unstoppable for Karsiyaka’s defense.
When they went up by ten points with two and a half minutes remaining, leading 76:66, it became evident that Anadolu Efes would advance to the final.

Shane Larkin was the top scorer for the winning team with 23 points, followed by Tibor Pleiss with 16, and Will Clyburn with 10 points.
For Karsiyaka, Errick McColum led the scoring with 20 points. Vernon Carey contributed 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, while Vitto Brown scored 10 points.
In the second semifinal, Fenerbahce will face Besiktas.
