Minnesota Timberwolves’ star, Anthony Edwards, has requested people to stop comparing him to Michael Jordan.
The brilliant Minnesota Timberwolves guard truly resembles the greatest basketball player of all time, but he doesn’t welcome comparisons with Michael Jordan.
“I want that to stop. He’s the greatest of all time. I can’t compare myself to him,” Anthony Edwards said to “Fox Sports“.
Many former and current players have pointed out that Edwards resembles Jordan.
“He’s like a young Jordan from ’84. I told him, ‘Man, you have a chance to be like Michael Jordan,'” for instance, was the comment from Kevin Garnett.
Minnesota Timberwolves will face the Denver Nuggets in the second game of the Western Conference semifinal series on Tuesday at 4:00.
