Aleksandar Petrovic has selected the 12 players who will represent Brazil in the Olympic Games qualifying tournament.
Brazil will compete in the tournament in Riga, Latvia, in a group with Cameroon and Montenegro. The other group includes Latvia, the Philippines, and Georgia, with only the tournament winner qualifying for the Olympics.

Aleksandar Petrovic has decided on the lineup to pursue a spot in Paris, with key players including Yago dos Santos, who recently extended his contract with Crvena Zvezda, and Bruno Caboclo, whose future with Partizan is still uncertain. They will be strongly supported by the experienced Marcelinho Huertas, who had an excellent season with Tenerife, and Maozinha Pereira from the Memphis Grizzlies.

Experienced coach Nestor Garcia has announced the Dominican Republic’s 12-man roster for their Olympic bid.
They will be significantly weakened by the absence of Karl-Anthony Towns and Al Horford and will play in a highly competitive tournament in Athens, grouped with the host team and Egypt. The other group includes Croatia, Slovenia, and New Zealand.
