Bogdan Bogdanovic is playing phenomenally in the current part of the season in the highest-quality basketball league in the world – NBA.
The Serbian guard scored 18 points during the previous night in the Atlanta Hawks’ loss to the Orlando Magic with a score of 117:110 after overtime. He made four three-pointers out of nine attempts. He has hit at least one long-range shot in 44 consecutive games, which is the third-longest streak in the history of the franchise.
After 36 games, Orlando Magic has a record of 21 wins and 15 losses and will face the Minnesota Timberwolves in the next game. Atlanta Hawks suffered their 21st loss and will take on the Philadelphia 76ers in their next matchup.
Ahead of him, the owner of the only two better results is one of the former best shooters in the NBA – Kyle Korver. The phenomenal Korver holds a streak of 51 games with at least one made three-pointer.
And that’s his “lesser” feat because he is the only one in the history of the Atlanta Hawks who scored at least one three-pointer in 127 consecutive games. Unless cursed by the “journalist’s curse,” Bogdan Bogdanovic should easily surpass this initial milestone (51) and whether he will reach the somewhat incredible 127 or more, time will tell.
