He began his career at Wake Forest University. He didn’t stay long in his native America, playing early in his career for Leuven Bears, then moving on to Parma, Zenit, Cedevita Olimpija, Bourg, Andorra, and Gaziantep. Most notably, he played for Partizan in the 2020/21 season.
After a standout season with Gaziantep in Turkey, Miller-McIntyre moved to Baskonia, where he had an impressive debut season in the EuroLeague.
He averaged 9.6 points, 7.3 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game in the EuroLeague, leading the competition in assists with a remarkable 7.3 per game, ahead of Facundo Campazzo’s 6.5.
Interestingly, in the previous season, Miller-McIntyre became only the third player in EuroLeague history, after Nick Calathes and Nikola Vujcic, to record a triple-double. He achieved this feat against Asvel, scoring 11 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, and dishing out a record-breaking 20 assists, surpassing the previous record of 19 assists held by Stefan Jovic and Facundo Campazzo.
With this signing, Crvena Zvezda has officially announced their fifth acquisition this summer, following Uros Plavsic, Isaiah Canaan, Nikola Kalinic, and Mike Daum.
Regarding contract extensions, the club has renewed deals with Branko Lazic, Milos Teodosic, Rokas Giedraitis, and most recently, Yago dos Santos.
Regarding Baskonia, besides Miller-McIntyre, the club has also seen departures of Vanja Marinkovic, Dani Diez, Maik Kotsar, Chris Chiozza, and Jordan Theodore. Additionally, they have changed their coach, with Pablo Laso replacing Dusko Ivanovic.
In terms of new arrivals, the club has strengthened its roster with Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot and Kamar Baldwin so far.
