Olympiacos easily defeated Apollon Patras with a score of 84-65, and Nikola Milutinov and Filip Petrusev played a brilliant game.
The game was almost settled in the first quarter. Georgios Bartzokas‘ team scored 33 points in that part of the game. They sought to maintain that significant lead in the second quarter, which they did successfully. After 20 minutes of basketball in the “Peace and Friendship Stadium,” the score was 51-28.
After the break, the red and whites from Piraeus eased off the gas. Young players were given a chance, and Apollon won the last two quarters. However, it was not enough for a comeback, and the team from Piraeus triumphed easily.
Alec Peters scored 20 points, and Nikola Milutinov was close to a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Petrusev contributed 12 points, marking his most notable performance since joining Olympiacos. On the other side, Desmond Washington stood out with 14 points.
