Draymond Green has been suspended indefinitely by the NBA for striking Jusuf Nurkic in the last NBA game.
The Golden State Warriors’ player will have to go through a series of discussions and meet certain conditions to return to the court of the world’s premier basketball league. Draymond Green will soon have a conversation with his agent, Rich Paul, as well as with Mike Dunleavy (GM of the Golden State Warriors).
It’s worth noting that Green emphasized that he did not intentionally hit Nurkic. However, given that he is often the central figure in such incidents, the NBA league has decided to take concrete actions.
The latest NBA superstar to speak out about the entire situation was Kevin Durant. The Phoenix Suns’ basketball player was, among other things, a teammate of Draymond Green.
“It was crazy to see. I’m glad Jusuf Nurkić is okay. I’ve never seen anything like that on an NBA court during a game. I hope Draymond Green gets the help he needs… incident after incident. I know him. He wasn’t like that at the beginning of his career. I hope he gets the help he needs, gets back on the court, and leaves all that behind,” said Durant.
