Erdem Can, the coach of Anadolu Efes, spoke ahead of the 14th round of the EuroLeague, in which his team will face Maccabi Tel Aviv.
The Turkish strategist spoke highly of the opponent, currently forced to play in Belgrade, and emphasized that they are expecting another game without several key players.
“Maccabi Tel Aviv is a team with a lot of athleticism. They have two very important shooting guards who can take on responsibility in the attack and change the course of the game. Another game awaits us in which we must be aggressive and focused,” said Erdem Can.
Daniel Oturu, who recently joined the ranks of the Turkish champion from Merkezefendi, also shared his impressions before this game.
“We are looking forward to playing against a really good team and continuing to build on the progress we made during the previous two weeks. We have to come prepared and be ready for the battle and competition. It’s a big game, and we are excited to be able to play,” said Oturu.
