Facundo Campazzo was named MVP of the second quarterfinal games of the EuroLeague. The Argentine played a brilliant game against Baskonia.
Argentine point guard spent 27 minutes on the court in the win over the Baskonia. Everything went his way, and he racked up an impressive 33 performance index rating. Dusko Ivanovic’s team had no answer for him. He scored 24 points with excellent shooting percentages (3/4 from two, 4/5 from three, and 6/6 from the free-throw line). Additionally, he contributed seven assists and four rebounds.
Facundo Campazzo wasn’t the only point guard in contention for this award. Kostas Sloukas set a new career-high in points against Maccabi Tel Aviv, but it wasn’t enough to surpass the performance of the Argentine.
Real Madrid has the opportunity to secure their ticket to the EuroLeague Final Four in Berlin already on Wednesday at 8:30 PM.
