FMP, led by Bojan Subotic, emerged victorious over Hapoel Jerusalem with a score of 89:87 in an exciting preparatory match held in Belgrade.
The game was, we can say, competitive, with a lot of intensity and physical demands, featuring plenty of contact, even though the competitive season’s start is quite some way off.
In the end, it was a thrilling and uncertain match, with the participants from the ABA League securing the victory.
Bojan Subotic played a fantastic game, carrying a significant load in the absence of captain Aleksa Stepanovic. He finished the match with 22 points and seven rebounds. Newcomers Nate Watson, Jordan Wallker, and Lamonte Turner each contributed 14 points.
Nikola Saranovic also performed excellently for FMP, carrying the team in the first half with nine points in just 11 minutes, although he had to leave the game prematurely due to an unfortunate eye injury, which fortunately turned out to have no major consequences.
On the other side, in Aleksandar Dzikic’s team, Chris Johnson was the top scorer with 17 points, and Khadeen Carrington added 14.
