With six months remaining until the Olympic Games in Paris 2024, the tournament host, France, has unveiled its preparation schedule.
France will kick off its journey towards the Olympics on June 17 at the National Institute of Sport, Expertise, and Performance (INSEP) in Paris. Two weeks later, the national team will head to Rouen, where, on July 3, they will face Turkey in the first friendly games of the preparatory cycle.
Later, France will travel to Germany to play against the current world champions. Two days later, on July 8, the two teams will once again face each other, this time in Montpellier, France.
Another formidable opponent awaits them on July 12, as France will test their strength against Serbia. To conclude their preparations, Les Bleus will battle against Canada on July 19 and Australia on July 21.
France’s preparation schedule for the Olympic Games:
3rd July – France vs. Turkey – Rouen, France
4th July – Germany vs. France – Cologne, Germany
5th July – France vs. Germany – Montpellier, France
6th July – France vs. Serbia – Lyon-Decines, France
7th July – France vs. Canada – Orleans, France
8th July – France vs. Australia – Orleans, France
