Asvel is not satisfied with the contribution they have received from NBA reinforcement Frank Jackson in the current part of the season, and the club is working on terminating the collaboration with the American basketball player, as reported by Basket News.
Jackson missed the EuroLeague derby against Monaco last week, as well as the French League game against Dijon over the weekend.
In six appearances in the EuroLeague with the French vice-champion, Jackson has been averaging 10.3 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. He was the fifth-highest scorer for Asvel.
His best game in Asvel’s jersey came against Fenerbahce, where he scored 25 points in Istanbul.
According to EuroLeague rules, Frank Jackson will not be able to play for any other team in the elite competition until December 30th.
During his five years in the NBA with the New Orleans Pelicans, Detroit Pistons, and Utah Jazz, Jackson averaged 8.5 points over 214 played games.
