Jason Kidd, the head coach of the Dallas Mavericks, spoke at the press conference after the great victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves, 105:108.
The Dallas Mavericks played an excellent game. They did not enter this series as favorites, given that they were up against the best defense in the NBA and a team that had eliminated the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals. However, the brilliant play of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving brought them a valuable win. Head coach Jason Kidd was more than satisfied after the victory.
“No one panicked. There was just a lot of trust, no matter how bad or how good we’re playing. When you have that many points in the paint against the No. 1 team defensively, we’ll take it, if that’s what you’re going to give us“, Jason Kidd said.
