The Boston Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals after five games, winning the series 4-1. Jayson Tatum had some interesting things to say after the game:

“He told me that I’m the best in the world. I replied, ‘You know what, you’re right, I am.'”
In the previous season, Jayson Tatum averaged 26.9 points, eight rebounds, and 4.9 assists, with a 45% field goal percentage.
Earlier , Derrick White also signed a new contract with the Boston Celtics, as first reported by NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski. The experienced player signed a new deal worth over 125 million dollars, which will be valid for the next four years.
The contract includes a player option in the final year. White was of great significance to the NBA champions this season, averaging 15.2 points, 5.2 assists, and 4.2 rebounds.
