Kendrick Nunn, the American guard, is set to join Panathinaikos. This information was confirmed by the owner of the Athens-based club, Dimitris Giannakopoulos.
The controversial Greek made the announcement through social media that the former player of the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, and Washington Wizards in NBA will come to Athens. The details of Nunn’s contract are not yet known, but the official signing should be announced very soon.
As known, Panathinaikos signed ten players during the summer. The Chicago native will be the 11th player to sign with the Greek club. Additionally, Panathinaikos also brought in a new coach this summer, Ergin Ataman. Nunn was linked with many EuroLeague teams and eventually decided to try his luck in Athens.
