Khris Middleton played a fantastic game in the win against the Indiana Pacers by 115:92, with support from Bobby Portis.
This was an incredibly important game for the Bucks, especially considering the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, leading many to believe it could have been their last NBA playoff game this year.
The Indiana Pacers started the game strong, building an eight-point lead thanks to excellent offense within the first 12 minutes, seeming to be on a good trajectory. However, they encountered problems in the second quarter as the Bucks significantly improved on both ends of the court, especially defensively. This improvement reflected immediately on the scoreboard, with the home team taking a five-point lead into halftime.
The third quarter was crucial. A 7:0 run at the start of the period, led by a strong defensive effort, set the tone. Offensively, Khris Middleton took charge, supported by Bobby Portis, and the Bucks built a 20-point lead heading into the final 12 minutes. They comfortably closed out the game, ending with a +23 lead on the scoreboard.
The top performers for the winning team were Middleton and Portis, each scoring 29 points and grabbing a combined 12 rebounds. Malik Beasley also had a solid game with 18 points. On the opposing side, Tyrese Haliburton scored 16 points, while Myles Turner contributed 13.
The next game is scheduled for May 3rd at 00:30.
