Luka Doncic, the Dallas Mavericks’ player, spoke at a press conference after his team’s loss to the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of the NBA Finals series.
The Slovenian representative played another great game, achieving a triple-double with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists. However, it wasn’t enough as he once again didn’t receive adequate support from his teammates. Despite this, he took responsibility for the loss after the game.
“I think my turnovers and my missed free throws cost us the game. So, I’ve got to do way better in those two categories. But at the end of the day, we’ve got to make shots to win the game,” Luka Doncic said.
After that, he also commented on the injuries that made his participation in this game questionable.
“I was actually questionable for this game. But I always want to play. We did a lot of things all day to get me ready to play. Good, I was good,” said one of the league’s best players.
Game 3 of the series will be played in the night between Wednesday and Thursday, starting at 02:30, with the Dallas Mavericks hosting this time.
