Maccabi Tel Aviv easily defeated Hapoel Haifa with a convincing score of 108-73 in the 25th round of the Israeli Super League.
The match started in favor of Oded Kattash’s team, as they made an 8-0 run in the middle of the first quarter, giving them control. They then shifted into a higher gear, leading 49-33 at halftime. The onslaught continued after the break, quickly extending their lead to 25 points. The final quarter was the most dominant, as they scored 30 points against Haifa.
Roman Sorkin was the standout performer for Maccabi Tel Aviv, scoring 25 points, followed by Jasiel Rivero with 17. On the other side, Amir Gershon contributed 15 points.
