In the first game of the ABA League playoff quarterfinals, Mega played a fantastic game and defeated Cedevita Olimpija at home by 119:98.
Marko Barac’s team played a fantastic match, especially in the third quarter, where they scored an impressive 37 points, taking a 20-point lead and decisively turning the game in their favor. They ultimately set a record for the most points scored by this team and a playoff ABA League record.
Nikola Djurisic had a fantastic game for the winning team, finishing with 31 points, equaling his career record, and adding seven assists. He was followed by Andrija Jelavic with 20 points, and Filip Jovic and Stefan Miljenovic, who each contributed 16 points. On the other side, D.J. Stewart and Justin Cobbs scored 20 points each, while Alen Omic added 16 points.
The rematch is scheduled for Sunday in Ljubljana.
