Portuguese player Neemias Queta will be suiting up for the Sacramento Kings next season, effectively ending any speculation about a move to Europe.
During the previous season, Queta predominantly played in the G League, where his averages of 17.7 points and 8.6 rebounds per game secured his spot on the Kings’ roster.
Rumors had circulated that Neemias Queta might not be in Sacramento’s plans for the upcoming season, potentially leading to a move to Europe. However, these speculations have proven to be false.

Queta initiated his professional career in his home country of Portugal, representing teams such as Barreirense and Benfica, before heading across the pond.
In 2021, the Portuguese player was selected as the 39th pick of the second round in the NBA draft by the Sacramento Kings.
While he didn’t see extensive playtime in the premier basketball league, his inclusion in the G League’s All-Defensive Team last season made it evident to Kings’ management that he deserved a return to the “main roster.”
